31. What are icon sets and how may I use them?

    Answer: 'Event Icons' are small graphic images attached to specific events - for example a soccer ball attached to a kids soccer game or a basketball attached to a basketball game.

    'Program Icons' are used throughout the program to indicate a particular function of the program such as Edit Event () or Delete Calendar ().

    Icons Sets are groups of either Event or Program icons that may be changed through the program.

    To change the Event Icon Set first log in as an Administrator or Super user then click on Administer | Manage Events | Customize Event Database | Other Options. Look for 'choose event artwork set' option.

    To change the Program Icon Set (again after logging in) click on Administer | Manage Calendars | Edit Calendar. Look for 'program icon set'.
