    Answer: We have many clients who use our software for scheduling scientific instruments and/or equipment. Here's a list of question we may ask to get you setup:

    • Send us a list of your machines or equipment. We will create a seperate calendar for each machine.

    • Decide if you want your end users to create and/or edit thier own user accounts?

    • Decide what information do you wish to store in each user record? For example some clients store Name, Phone, Email, PI and Account Number. Decide if you want any of these fields required.

    • Do you want each user's contact/billing information automatically stored in each new event they make?

    • Would you like a single merged calendar which merges together all the individual machines. Some clients like this because they use it to export all the scheduled events for billing purposes. Without a single 'master merge' they must export each individual calendar.

    • Would you like to 'lock' the calendars at a certain time each day - or perhaps a certain amount of time before any given scheduled event? There are a lot of options here.

    • Do you want to customize the list of data fields included in each event? We can add/remove any of the fields in the default events, make them required, fill in default values or rename any field.
